NATIONALITY AND SOVEREIGNTY

With a large portion of the Yisraelite population in the United States of America, we have established the Executive Council of Elders. The Executive Council of Elders will serve as a neutral source of information for the gathering together of the elders and leaders for the purpose of moving the individual camps and communities towards sovereignty. As a Nation we are a sovereign personality in international law, this distinction is critical to our ongoing activities. We propose that three levels of sovereignty must be obtained;
National Sovereignty
Camp and Community Sovereignty
Individual Sovereignty
All three levels are granted by the Supreme Sovereign of the Universe YHWH. The Executive Council of Elders has put all of the appropriate documents on the record based on the law of nations (international law).
Everything in the earthly and heavenly realm is governed by law. An understanding of universal law is required to navigate the treacherous waters of international law. There are three primary levels of universal law. A single act of disobedience from Adam recorded in Genesis changed the course of human history. This act of disobedience reversed the divine order of the universe.

All sovereignty is based on rightful status, dominion, power and authority of the supreme ruler or King of the Universe YHWH.
Genesis 1:26
And Elohim said, Let us make man (adam אָדָם in Hebrew) in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
In the beginning YHWH establishes that man (Adam אָדָם in Hebrew) had dominion over all the earth, therefore YHWH, the ultimate sovereign of the Universe, granted sovereignty to Adam (the human). Adam being the first Hebrew gave or granted dominion to the serpent (representing the Anti-Yah mind) in the garden. Adam’s act of disobedience to the commands of the MOST HIGH, was the beginning of the lack or absence of all dominion / sovereignty.
Adam’s sovereignty was granted/given by the MOST HIGH YHWH and was in part based on Adam’s location in the Garden of Eden. When the MOST HIGH YHWH cast Adam out of the garden it completely changed his (our) status from sovereign to subject(s). We have been subject to the Beast System or Rule ever since.
You cannot serve two masters; once your allegiance has been plagued to one master you are bonded by universal law to fulfill that commitment. Yah entered into a covenant with Avraham and his seed to reverse the fall of Adam and bring the universe back into perfect balance.
The question is, "How do we regain our status as sovereigns and regain our dominion?"
An annulment or dissolution of all contracts made with the beast system is required to restore each individual back to our original position prior to the contracts. We are then free and unencumbered to enter into our covenant relationship with the Most High and regain our original dominion.
The dissolution of a contract is its Rescission by the parties themselves or by a court that nullifies its binding force and reinstates each party to his or her original position prior to the contract.
Rescission - The abrogation of a contract, effective from its inception, thereby restoring the parties to the positions they would have occupied if no contract had ever been formed.
When we are free from the bonds of the adversary; we can claim our true nationality as Yisraelites.
Nationality is membership of a nation or sovereign state, usually determined by their citizenship, but sometimes by ethnicity or place of residence, or based on their sense of national identity.
The Declaration of our National Sovereignty – The Process
We must declare our proper status, as a sovereign nation state with sovereign land/territories that is operating as a government in exile. This should include clear and very specifically defined boundaries of our sovereign territory represented by in Bereshit (Genesis) 15: 18 – 21 as the land promised to our forefather Avraham by YHWH. As Avraham’s heirs/seed, we are the rightful and lawful people of the everlasting covenant Bereshit (Genesis) 17:7, 13, 19. These declarations of our sovereignty, as a government in exile, along with supporting documents will be put on record in multiple international venues. This declaration should include but not be limited to; our ultra-sovereign divine covenant trust charter, judicial notice, copy of our torah based constitution, organizational chart of our national government in exile, our proposed treaties with various nations, and charter for our international land trust. This is required under divine, nature and man-made law for the Nation of Yisrael to come forth.
A very similar process should be followed for each Camp and Community (C and C) that has membership in the International Council of Elders IGO. Each C and C will be represented by at least two representatives on the ICE General Council, two representatives on the Administration Council and multiple judges on the Judicial Council. These councils will eventual replace the ICE and become the governing bodies of the United Nations of Yisrael.
When both of the aforementioned steps are completed then and only then can individuals both within and outside of the various camps, communities, organizations, churches, temples and assemblies pursue and gain their YAH given dominion on this earth. YAH’s Kingdom with the Nation of Yisrael leading the family of Nations throughout the globe in praise and worship of the MOST HIGH YAH will emerge as it is written in Scripture.
