We are living in the time Yaakov’s trouble as stated in Yirme’Yahu (Jeremiah) 30: 6 – 8. A Global Emergency Preparedness Plan (GEP2) is our opportunity to take time to gather ourselves and resources for the provision of food, medical and holistic healing supplies, shelter, security and transportation. C4ISR; Command, Control and Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance will be managed from a central location. We are going to build a working model in Atlanta, Ga. and expand from that nucleus.
The most important aspect of our preparedness planning process is the development of protocols for collection, coordination and dissemination of information and provisions to our people in case of an emergency. Our communities as a whole need processes and procedures for uniform coordinated and cohesive movement in case of a disaster. We have unique needs that must be addressed and likelihood of them being met by the general public, local, state or federal officials is slim to none. This planning must address who, what, when, where and how for each of the five primary areas listed above. Each area will require a functional lead and a C4ISR coordinator. As each area continues to develop Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will emerge that will train others locally and around the globe.
