1. For your Green ID to be processed, you must first submit all required content to the United Nation of Yisrael to proceed. If you've already done so, great! Please proceed.

 

2. Please use the form below to complete all required ID information. Use your approved ID image and signature. You will need to load your ID image and signature to the form along with your desired name, address, date of birth, and issue date.

3. You may add 12 zeros for the identification number.

4. You will see a Green ID proof along with delivery time. It should take about a week.
