Take the Blue Citizenship Test to become a Blue Status Citizen and get your Blue National ID Card and complimentary Nation flag. You must pass this exam with at least 65% accuracy. Requirements at the end of the test to receive ID: 1. Completion of long form urgent notice. 2. Certificate 3. Relevant information to be printed on your card.
